I have fought with the billing department for 2 years and twice proved that BC/BS paid the bill and still got turned over to Collection. If you do mot want billing and insurance problems, look somewhere else for this service. I did not have a choice at Palms of Pasadena Hospital during a gallbladder operation. Never again with this doctor.
