I just called to make an appt and was treated with shocking attitude. I am disabled and this woman attacked me for not catching what she said, yet she wasn't paying attention to me at all and kept making me repeat myself. And the next available appointment isn't for a year and I'm a returning patient. This is a horrible office.
I just met Dr.Adams and Constance this week. So far, I loved them both!!! Not only was he and Constance very accommodating to getting me in sooner than all other genetics drs that I called, but I'm glad I went to him (eventhough it took me 2 hour drive w/snow traffic to get to him! Lol) . He has great bed side manner (this review is coming from someone who was a CMA with almost 15 yrs working closely /next to drs), he was very patient, kind and treated me with compassion and respect. We have found Dr. Adams and his staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and understanding They give you as much time as you need and answer any questions you may have. They do not rush you out the door or off the phone. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Our experience from beginning to end with Dr Adams and his staff was world class. Dr Adams is very bright with an excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend without reservation.
