Our experience has been frustrating at the least. My daughter is getting ready to leave for college and we were trying to do invisiline. Prior authorization took almost 6 months. After finally getting approved, we proceeded with appointment to have them not have submitted for part of her gum to be removed, which they advised. Essentially costing her 9 months of time with product. Yesterday was my first experience with Blue Dental and I can say that it was a great experience considering my circumstances. I was in the dental industry for years many years ago so I can definitely tell when it's a great dentist office and dentist. And I felt very comfortable with doctor Ferrer and his team. Would highly recommend them!
Very professional, good technology, good service!
I was a patient of Dr David Brown since 1991. Then Dr Ferrer took over the clinic when Dr Brown decided to retired. I am still going to this clinic, Blue Dental. Everybody is friendly, courteous and professional. I am glad I didn't have to find another dentist. Thank you Dr Ferrer and your terrific personnel. Keep up the good job! 👍
