The difference between Dr. Drummond and a regular internist is like the difference between night and day. She not only remembers your name, but also your medical history without looking at your chart. You can get her on the phone at all times of the day and welcomes emails and texts. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and never been rushed out of the office. She also has a great network of specialists.
Dr. Drummond has been caring for my dad for 3 1/2 years now. He was 94 when we joined her practice. She is his favorite doctor, and one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I have had the pleasure of knowing. She is thoughtful, prompt in her response to any situation, and is a great listener. I would give her 10 stars if it was an option!
I have enjoyed being a patient of Dr Drumond. I hope she enjoys my being a patient! I think she is very capable tending to my needs. I appreciate this immensely. The latest Happening was when I had a cold and it turned into a sinus infection. She called once and had her nurse call once and she asked me a lot of questions. Then she said she was going to send an antibiotic to me in a couple of days. I think she was trying to see if I got over this quickly. Anyhow, I didn’t and she sent it and I am feeling better. Dr. Drummond is a great physician. She isn't rushed and spends all the time that's needed to provide a thorough examination. She has a vast knowledge of internal medicine and is a great resource.
Very responsive, spends quality time during exams. Friendly staff!
