When we told everyone we’d booked a venue in Marble, Colorado without ever visiting, our friends and family were definitely surprised. But throughout the entire process, Larry and Leslie’s organization and communication were exceptional, and we never had a single doubt. Words can't capture how beautiful and special this place is. First off, Larry and Leslie are truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. From the moment we booked their venue for our wedding, they were so responsive and organized and accommodating of all of our requests. We had our wedding in the meadow which was truly so breathtaking and unlike any venue I had seen before. Darien Ranch Lodge is an incredibly beautiful property. A river flows right past a lower deck, with a meadow ringed by mountains on the other side. The accommodations are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the building has a sitting room, eating area, and outside decks. No detail was ignored in its design! Larry and Leslie are friendly, responsive and informative hosts. I can’t wait to visit again, hopefully with my whole family for a family reunion!
We had our wedding reception at this place as well as a mini family reunion. Larry and Leslye were exceptional hosts. Our entire family loved the location and the house and talked about it the entire following week. The location is gorgeous and expansive. The kitchen was fun to use and cook in. Although we didn’t use the ranch as our ceremony venue, it would be an incredible place to have a wedding. We’d stay again! We discussed coming for Christmas or future family reunions.
