Initially, I was concerned about the cost of repairing our thermostat, but the technician explained everything clearly and completed the task efficiently. The only issue was a slight delay in their arrival.
After a previous negative experience with another contractor, I was cautiously optimistic about trying this portable A/C service. The technician arrived on time and communicated clearly throughout the repair process, making it a satisfactory experience overall.
The AC maintenance job took about two hours, which seemed appropriate for the thorough inspection and cleaning the technician performed. I appreciated that they explained each step of the process, making it easier to understand what was being done👌
Our old thermostat was malfunctioning and causing temperature inconsistencies throughout our home. After the new thermostat was installed, everything has been working reliably and maintaining our preferred settings.
Compared to my previous experience with another company, this technician took the time to thoroughly check all components and replaced a faulty capacitor that might have been overlooked otherwise. The whole process took about two hours, but I appreciated the detailed explanations and having everything running smoothly before he left.
