Bad communication and customer service; Refused to take responsibility for their error I placed an order for carpet. Darien Carpet never mentioned that there would be a bright line seam or any concerns that they had with the carpet being low pile. Darien Carpet simply asked for the carpet measurements and never took the time to explain their concerns or the option of purchasing a longer piece of carpet which wouldn't require a seam.
