Horrible customer service. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. Nobody came to the office after I went in. I left after waiting for 20 minutes.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in this area. Angry and miserable man- hoping retirement is on the horizon for him.
Walk-in for VIN verification for purpose of transferring license plates at 8:40 on a Friday morning. Was told 3 people in front of me so it would be a few min. Two hrs. later - finally had the piece of paper - which I was charged $20. (VIN verification should simply be $10. since emissions wasn't required in my case.)
