My complaint has to do with an aide's use of a 'noose' leash on my dog (these may be OK for small animals but can injure the throat area of a large one), and that I had to pull the dog away from a rather husky aide when she grabbed my dog by the noose to remove him from the table hurting his throat. Recently, I decided to give Dr. Pope a second chance. despite the incident and the exorbitant charges (watch your wallet in this place).
