Dr. Yang, listens and makes every patient feel important.
Not only cash only parking (9$) I also Was also waiting for one hour! Doctor was running behind - only explanation they give you after I told them I need to leave. If you are late 15 min they won’t take you… and for no show up 75$… No respect to your time (I could work and make money that hour, but who cares about us…). At the end the came out and told to wait another 20 minutes. I am not going to see this doctor.
This doctor has canceled my appointment for the 3rd time because of ‘covid’ after I have explained each time that I’m in pain and need cortisone shots in both my hands. I work full time and with my hands. How are you going to make someone wait for a year in excruciating pain? Piss poor 3rd world country healthcare service at best. Thanks. I will be getting my top notch healthcare here in Atlanta Georgia while visiting. Because the way things work in Los Angeles, is NOT how they work in the rest of this country.
