My pick up truck would not start after parking it in Metuchen. Darian auto repair was close by, so I called them because they had great reviews. Caesar showed up and ruled out the likely culprits. I decided to tow it to his shop, as it was 4:30pm and no mechanic back in NYC would be open. He worked on it into the night! I went there today for a pre-purchase car inspection. The seller disclosed that the car's thermostat was changed, but the code still appears on OBD. The seller was confident that there were no other issues with the car. The inspection took around 20-30 minutes with OBD, a test drive, and a physical inspection. The mechanic showed me the main sealer for a possible leak, which I couldn't tell because I am not knowledgeable in this area. They also identified issues with suspension.
