Terrible terrible customer service. I rented a tux from them and the size of the tux was entirely to big. Franco the man that works there was very incompetent and wasn't able to get my measurements correct. Franco and his wive also were very rude and accused my mother of lying about the tuxedo being to large. Franco also told my mother to stoo talking when we went to return the tux and also told her to learn his name when he made the mistake of telling us that his name was Frank. Darianna Bridal is the most refreshing bridal store I have visited (and I have been to 9 in the area). Wendy the owner is honest, is an expert and will give you the best advice. I will make my decision in about two weeks on my dess choice (it's between Paloma Blanca and Enzoani). My mother immediately connected with Wendy and made us all feel special.
