I had an appointment this morning and when I finally got into the exam room, I was told by Dr. Wilson’s assistant that he was at a consultation at another location - and he could be there to see me in 30 minutes. He was already late to my appointment, he was at another location. After getting a refund for my copay, I received a voicemail from Dr. Wilson saying that he can give me a referral to another Doctor - I guess he must have so many patients already that he doesn’t need any more.
Dr Wilson is a wonderful doctor. He has a terrific manner and is so kind. He did a great job operating on my toe. I plan on going back for further treatment. Thank you for your care and your office people too!
Very disappointed that Dr. Willson didn’t get my husband Wound Care for the cellulitis in his legs. Yes, he cut the toenails. But he was very skimpy and the medicine he put on my husband‘s legs. And they would chat and I would try to ask why aren’t these legs getting better? We went there for weeks. Seven months later my husband is in the hospital with an IV antibiotic. It’s all about the profit.
*** update**** I went in to ask for copies of my left foot xrays. There was a smiling and extremely efficient young gal manning the front desk *** She was fantastic!!!!!!! ***** Well so far, I had an appointment with Dr Wilson last Thursday. When we arrived, the office was closed. No call text or email. Several patients in the hallway with no idea what was going on. Next, I had an appointment with Dr Wilson. Loved him.
