All of my questions and concerns were answered with patience and understanding. I highly recommend this specific agency to anyone who is looking for the perfect insurance experience.
Got lied to about payments and now I'm not eating for two weeks while "home office" figures out how to lie to me next. Avoid State Farm. Customer service will not hesitate to lie to you over the phone.
Mr. Horne and the staff were very professional and helpful. I chose to purchase a couple of policies from this agency because it meant a lot to have everything explained clearly, and precisely. I asked a lot of questions, and Mr. Horse’s patience level was unmatched. I wasn’t rushed or pressured into choosing a policy. Nor was I pressured or stalked for business. That was another plus. I don’t care to do reviews but I have to give credit when credit is due. They won’t disappoint. Thanks for a great experience.
The experience with this office has been amazing. I have been doing business with them for myself and also my business for over 2 years. The staff is amazing and I can always give them a call to get what I need. Darian goes above and beyond to make sure to help us out…if we have an issue he works hard to find a resolution for me.
