We received a “final notice” before going for collection and report to credit bureaus. We have no f’ing clue who this doctor is. He/she sends this bill for nearly $800 to my mother-in-law and they only thing that we know is that the date of service matches the date that she had a surgery. We did receive a call in June about an outstanding balance but the incompetent person who called could not give us details or if it had been something that should have been submitted to her insurance provider.
