I love this agent! For the past 6 years, any time I need help with home&auto insurance, they get the job done quickly, correctly and at ease!! Daria is exceptional. Her staff, Katie and Sandy are awesome, they are so friendly, professional and understand your need. Great team!!!
I paid more for insurance than I needed to by accident & they quickly reached out saying they felt I was overinsured. Helped me determine the right amount I should be covered for, and issued a refund! Great customer service.
Daria and her team are a fantastic group to work with. I have been working with them for almost 10 years now and have over half a dozen policies with them. They are quick to respond, very diligent with getting me quotes/rates, and overall just go above and beyond. You wouldn't really think customer service and insurance go hand in hand, but when you work with this team it truly does. Katie has always been my day to day contact and I couldn't speak more highly of her as well.
Daria and her agents, especially Katie, are extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable able all insurance policies. I was recently involved in an automobile accident and by the next day was able to go to a car rental office and rent a car without any troubles.
