Have used them multiple times,serious lack of communication, brought vehicles in but no appointment recorded on 2 occasions, today told to bring vehicle in at 8am for steering assembly replacement and brake adjustment, was told 2 hours required, came back at 10am, work only starting,eventually got the vehicle back at 4pm. when I asked why it had took so long I was told if I didn't like it to go else where. Come see why they are no longer a Ford dealer you ll regret it.
