My family and I are greatful to Kevin and the staff at Dare's. They made everything run as smooth as possible and treated us with respect. They exceeded all expectations. Thank you Kevin and everyone at Dare's.
When we need information to make a delivery, they do not help us and hang the call, they do not know how to treat people well.
Walked through the planning process well- the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism during the actual funeral service. Kailyn, our funeral director, was late showing up leaving very little time for instruction. Our families did not even sit together because she did not instruct us on how she wanted us to enter the church for the procession.
