I've been seeing Dr. Primack for a few months now and he's been great. He's very knowledgeable and seems to really care about his patients. Also, he takes the time to explain the procedures he's doing and is great in answering questions. He's very thorough. I appreciate his down to earth style and how he treats the staff working with him. All the members of his team seem to really respect him and when I've mentioned that he was my doc when I'm at the Lodi Wound center, they all respect him and tell me Dr. Primack is the man.... read more
Call both offices this week. Ten minutes of recorded “thank you for your patience” then several minutes of running with no answer. That’s 25 minutes, the length of an office call, I’ve spent just trying to ask a question. Poorly run offices it seems.
I find the doctor to very knowledgeable. He is very good at explaining things so a layman can understand them.
The office is clean and the staff is great. The only downside is parking. They have way to many businesses and not enough parking spaces in the complex
Poor communications and bedside manner... also arrogant
