Called with a question on my new construction home. Gentleman who answered the phone was kind, knowledgeable and not rushed to get me off the phone. Much appreciated.
******BEWARE******* Came home and noticed I had a water leak coming from my main drain on the outside. I called Newton County Water Department explained that I had no running water in my home the on call service guy came right out with no problem. He informed me that it was a plumbing problem and to get in contact with the warranty company plumbing department. I then reached out to Darrell Young Plumbing Inc. I explained that I had no running water in my home on several messages...I have yet to hear from them 4 hrs later!! S... read more

The level of disrespect from the plumbers who came to work at my home. They didn’t cover any of my furniture or counters. They left a mess. They left handprints on my wall, and all the company can say is let me find out what’s going on and call you back still haven’t gotten my callback from the company.
