If you are here and trying to claim for insurance after using the services, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They refused to give you your OWN health record for you to claim the insurance. They even hung up my call, when I was just kindly requesting them to send the discharge summary to the insurance company. This lead to unsuccessfully claiming for the insurance. I spent over $1000 here. I went to the clinic after the phone call. They closed the clinic straightaway and the person who hung up my call refused to talk to us. Not sur... read more
I love this doctor. He continues to practice as a bulk billing clinic because he believes everyone should have access. You sometimes have to wait, because things happen...But mostly, it'sa very reasonable or on time. If you want to complain, go and pay at a private practice and wait there too.
Very unprofessional receptionist (Suki) to run the front. Do not recommend to come here, there is no aesthetic doctor on site (very alarming). No EFTPOS machine and everyone pays in cash which is super dodgy. Bad clinic!
