Dare studio is amazing- super personalised, very friendly and fantastic staff. My main trainer Jeremy Taylor, is awesome. He prepared a detailed yet easy to achieve plan, providing the right level of encouragement and ensuring my form was spot on. A consummate professional. That said, the whole team is great!
My Trainer Milton is very good, he shows very good passion with his job and always happy to help people. He is funny and is very hardworking
Best decision i made. I've been trying but lacked self diclscipline and motivation. Health is too important. Having someone take control of your transformation back to strong and healthy is motivating. Special shout to the team at Bentliegh, and my trainer Milton. They listen to you when they should and love the sound you make at maximum effort.
Dare is a brilliant training studio. The environment is always welcoming and the trainers are very friendly and always happy to help. I have been training with Milton for quite a few months now and he has been fantastic. He is very motivating and always pushing me to do my best at every session. I'm extremely happy with my results so far.
