The Dr and nurses where amazing but the lady working the front desk and the ER on 4/4/26 at around 9 pm is very very rude she doesn’t need to be working with the public and she is very unprofessional she doesn’t know what a family is going through when they walk through those doors and to act the way she did is very unacceptable do better

The nurses were very nice and listened really well, they were really quick and made sure everything was comfortable. The doctor on the other hand was very rude as soon as he walked in the room. He assumed what the problem was and wouldn’t listen to the patient, and was very passive aggressive. Would not go there again solely because of that doctor.
