I fell through the ceiling in our garage to concrete floor. My husband brought me to Dardanelle ER. It seemed like forever but I finally got taken to xray. My whole body was in immense pain. But they xrayed my shoulders, my ribs, my left hand, right knee, left ankle and right foot. After waiting another long period of time, the nurse finally came in and said that all I had was a broke big toe on my right foot. So this unprofessional doctor racist just kicked me out just cause I asked question about my issue and he got upset. Just cause I wanted to speak someone in charge to file a complaint. He kicked me out like if I was a criminal if he don’t like his job why he still there Very unprofessional I would not recommend this hospital and I just moved from another state New York has best Doctors then in this town very unprofessional
Been having chest pain while traveling. Stopped at Mercy in Fort Smith and I regretted that decision after an hour, but stuck it out 7 hours before giving up and driving home. Started having chest discomfort again and came upon this ER. Soon as I said I was having chest pain they took me back and administered an EKG and done bloodwork. Kept me informed the whole way and made me feel at ease. Really appreciate when people treat you like someone.
