At 1200 am took my sons girlfriend (who just turned 18) to the ER tonight. She is still learning how to take care of her self as an adult (she had no guidance growing up). But she was needing to see a doctor but did not have a primary doc yet, she did not know how to do all of those things yet. I'm trying to teach her. Came in cause I can’t walk on my foot. Doesn’t order an exray of my foot but my leg. Lab came in I said probably should go in on the left arm. No I wanna do it my way. Do we listen to our patients? Or just do what we want to bill your insurance

Had a appointment for my oldest daughter through Dr. Agus Ramsey . After making a 45 minute drive because we were 5-10 mins late and apparently within that 10 mins max they went on lunch break and so without making a call asking nobody said we'd have to reschedule and sent us on our 45 min back wasted trip. Knowing we made that drive
