Egzon was great to deal with. Bought a 2016 f150 with low kilometres and so far (500km in) the truck is great. He went above and beyond as he noted to me a slight vibration when braking and figured it was wrapped rotors. Told me to drive it and see if it went away. After the vibration stayed he gave me the option to either fix it myself and he’d pay for the parts or return with the truck to be serviced by him.
