The best quality service in Downtown Ottawa
Avoid at all cost! I was forcibly held in this parking garage after I paid the fee to leave. Called customer support and it took 20 minute for a human to come talk to us. Then they guy who said he was 25 minutes over his shift just argued with us and said he would get in trouble if he let us out even though we paid our parking fair. The human just walked away and never let us out. Ended up having to call the police to let us out of the garage!
