Darcor caster wheels for my office chair are the BEST!!! They have lasted for a couple years and when I thought I had a problem with them this morning, it turned out my biggest problem was the base that holds the wheels. I did have one caster that froze up but one out of five going out in a two year period is remarkable!! If I had gotten casters from Office Depot, they would only have lasted for a couple months. Then they would be jammed up with dog hair. Thank you for provided no such a quality product!!
I needed a high load castor for a special application that I could not find in the Darcor catalog. Kim replied to my email inquiry and was super helpful. Later, when I needed additional information and Kim was at lunch, Paula stepped in to track down the specifications and technical drawings. I was able to complete the CAD drawings for my project and send it out for fabricaiton much sooner thanks to the exceptional customer support.
