This one star is for unauthorized charges. Our company had a credit card on file with this company and I paid for employee requests for products. We were having some financial challenges at our company so I asked Darin to hold all charges until specifically approved by me. He replied ok with this. Two months later, I recevied a receipt for products without my approval. Through some misguided loyalty to my employee, Darin stated we needed this and this could not wait for my approval.
