I always prefer going into DARCHE showroom instead of ordering online. Frank and Rodney are absolute legends! Top tier customer service and advice every time I visit. I could not praise them more!
Apart from the artwork and design they put into the building replace the whole staff crew and it might be better
I started out loving the Darche 6 person airvolution tent, that was until our third camping trip where we discovered the tent had not one, but two damaged air poles. These didn't have a simple hole or leak, they where riddled with holes. The internal bladder had cracks all through it (over 20 holes) you could see the plastic bladder had turned white and cracked. We had a wonderful man named Lorne help us pick up our rooftop tent. He then installed it for us on the roof racks. His technical knowledge was A1 about our product and his demonstration of how to install and fit it was most impressive. Thanks Lorne.
I purchased the Darche 270 LED freestanding awning and it snapped in half on only my second camping trip. The awning was properly set up with the poles down and secured with guide ropes, as overnight winds were forecast at 24 km/h. Despite this, the brackets failed, causing the entire awning to collapse onto my vehicle and damage my car. Wind conditions were well below 60 km/h.
