Trouble with Darche 180 Awning The locating pin for the awning arm doesn’t lock into place, making the arm unusable. The awning has only been opened four times, and the fault appeared almost immediately. After three phone calls and multiple emails, I was finally asked to submit a warranty claim. I provided photos, the serial number, and all the required details — only to be sent the wrong part.
