I always prefer going into DARCHE showroom instead of ordering online. Frank and Rodney are absolute legends! Top tier customer service and advice every time I visit. I could not praise them more!
Apart from the artwork and design they put into the building replace the whole staff crew and it might be better
I started out loving the Darche 6 person airvolution tent, that was until our third camping trip where we discovered the tent had not one, but two damaged air poles. These didn't have a simple hole or leak, they where riddled with holes. The internal bladder had cracks all through it (over 20 holes) you could see the plastic bladder had turned white and cracked.
