Very unprofessional. Totally a waste of time after spending my whole day talking to the dealer about my interested car. Dealer had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Later Artavius, the assistant sales manager, literally said that he would get back to me and deliver my car after getting the final price done. I have never heard from him later that day. Of course, the next morning I called just to find out the car is sold. He even had the audacity to suggest me other cars to buy. I think I’m good. Take your mo... read more
