They told us that deal was 100% and ask to go and get car, when we go there, car was not inspected at all, no md inspection. Manager stinks, he start talking sheet on his own language. 0 respect, don't go there try another Kia dealer, Don't Trust Them.
I want to thanks again Van Dyke Jackson and ED for helping me with the sales and picking out a car for me since I can’t get SUV. I really appreciate their customer service and loyalty. I will be back in a year to buy my son a car. Thank you.
Long waits for simple oil changes!!
Avoid at all costs. Worst service department that I've ever had to deal with and you will be out a lot of money for nothing. Calling DARCAR corporate wasn't helpful either. Even was chatting with a member of their sales department when looking at a new cars on the sales floor while waiting for my car to be "repaired" tell me how bad the engines are in Kia Souls.... after I purchased one and had my whole engine replaced once already.
