If I could give negative stars I would. I authorized a diagnostic test of $180. I had a conversation w service receptionist India about purchasing and getting the part (alternator) and bringing it to them to install it. At no point did they let me know I would be charged for the labor of them taking out the part. They gave me no hint about the price of that labor or else I wouldve refused that service.
