I searched for a Pilot for 2 months. I met Osbourne about a month ago and he was fantastic at setting me up for test drives and I did not purchase that day. Osbourne stayed in touch and sent me available options, he checked in with me over time and I appreciate his initiative, his kindness and thoughtfulness. He was determined to find me the right car, until he did. I am very pleased with my purchase, I love the Pilot and I look forward to many enjoyable trips! Osbourne is a blessing!
