UPDATE (no change in rating): The tech manager reached out to me and offered a bunch of excuses, then offered me credit toward a future visit. I told him all I really want is for someone to check to see if my tire was under warranty. He looked it up and sure enough it was still under warranty. I wanted a simple patch or plug. No one greeted me when I pulled in. I asked them if my tire was still under warranty, but they didn't bother to look it up. I waited 4 hours and they put in one new tire instead, along with a large bill to pay. They didn't even tell me when my repair was done, and I had to chase down the guy to get my keys back. I’ve been going to Toyota Darcars Silver Spring for years, and the service has never disappointed. I’ve even purchased two cars from this location because of their consistent professionalism and care. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tyrone Brown at the Call Center, and he is always extremely helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend asking for him when you call, he’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.
