The maintenance adviser Junior knew I was waiting at the service center, and said he’ll call me or message me when the car is ready. Actually no, Junior left without any notice or transition, thinking it’s okey to let the customer wait at the service center forever until another day. If I didn’t ask by myself because it’s already past dinner time, I won’t know my car has been ready for more than one hour, and will wait until midnight. This service center does not care if their customer dies or not.

Great Long-Term Service Experience at DARCARS Toyota of Silver Spring I have been a loyal customer of this DARCARS location since I purchased my Toyota in 2006. From the very beginning until now, I have always brought my car here for regular maintenance. On July 9, 2025, I brought in my 2006 Highlander Hybrid without an appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made the unfortunate decision to try DARCARS service center instead of my usual service center. I opted for DARCARS because it was a bit closer to home. I brought my vehicle in for the 15k maintenance, an oil change, crooked seat diagnostic/repair, intermittent AC diagnostic/repair, and squeaky wiper blades I should have known to leave when I arrived for my 2PM appointment. 20 minutes elapsed before the assistant service manager inquired if I've been helped yet, and an additional 25 minutes... read more
