I've been a SS Toyota car owner for more than 10 years....my account must have me labeled as infinitely patient because I feel like it depends on the advisor who intakes your car to how well/ bad the process will go. They charge top dollar for a fairly average service experience. For dealer service, suggest checking out Jim Coleman instead.
Service is slow, service advisors don't know anything, they going to look for supervisors to get answer
Had an awful experience. I brought my new car in to have mudguards installed, and when I got it back, there were scratch marks on the drivers side. I told the service advisor up front what happened, and he said his manager was away in a meeting and to come back in a few hours. Came back at 3pm had an another associate take my car in back and bring it back with nothing done... Called back over the phone at 4 pm, the same day, and was told that the manager was in a meeting. Who's in a meeting for over 8 hours? Customer beware!... read more
