We brought a car from there. The customer service was great. We told them that we had a pre-approval letter and they wanted to see if the financing department could beat what we had. We told them we weren't interested and we proceeded with the paperwork of buying the car. The process was seamless.
Tyrone Brown in the Call Center provided such Outstanding customer service on today! He not only rescheduled my appointment but took the time to review the services to be provided. He was extremely professional while being very personable. The first thing he said was "how are you doing today" that automatically put me at ease! From the moment he came on the line to the completion of the call he provided 5 star service! I am so very pleased that I got to speak with him!
