Tyrone Brown in the Call Center provided such Outstanding customer service on today! He not only rescheduled my appointment but took the time to review the services to be provided. He was extremely professional while being very personable. The first thing he said was "how are you doing today" that automatically put me at ease! From the moment he came on the line to the completion of the call he provided 5 star service! I am so very pleased that I got to speak with him!
Not extremely pleased with the service received here. Submitted info through their website to be contacted to set up an appointment to have wheels road forced balance and two recalls completed on a Tuesday. A service advisor reach out, I told him what I was looking for - two recalls and a road forced wheel balance. Was told recalls can only be completed Monday through Friday as certified techs don’t work weekends. No problem, not a big deal for us. DARCARS assurance is optional. Dont let them lie to you and sneak it in. It is not "included in the cost" you are paying for it but they wont tell you how much. Its not listed in your itemized financing statement. Its listed as "Other aftermarket"
Updating this review: Big shout out to Russel Paris for rectifying the issue I had earlier this week with the check-in process. He really went out of his way to keep me as a customer at the Cherry Hill location. So thank you to Russel for making this service experience today seamless and very quickly! I look forward to continuing my car's services in the future at this location.
