I had a terrible experience with this mechanic shop and their service department. The staff was extremely rude and completely unprofessional throughout the process. Tire Damage & Rude Behavior: During the repair, they damaged our Mazda’s tire, likely by driving it on an unsafe surface in their shop or carelessly handling tools. Tommy was super helpful the entire process of having my car repaired from a rear end. When I got here there was a few things that bugged me and Tommy said they can help fix any of those issues immediately. Tommy was very patient with me and helped me resolve all my nitpicks, great service from start to finish, and really good body work.
Very fast and efficient with friendly service. Was in a collision on the 4th that set off the airbag and only 14 days later was able to drive it back home like nothing had ever happened. When I noticed the gear shift light wasn’t working, I was able to take it back the next day and get it fixed in less than half an hour. Highly recommend taking your car here for any damages.
