Shop anywhere else but Darby. They will lie to your face. Make promises that are not kept and will charge you all the money to repair a problem they created. Would not recommend.
Mr. David, his Sales Staff and his Installers were beyond helpful, friendly and professional! We could not be more ecstatic about our new floors. They are soooo beautiful and smooth. We are so pleased with everything! price, timing and work of Art! I love them so much I don't even want anyone to walk on them. Thank you Darby Flooring! I am just thrilled!!!!
Don't do business with company. I work done by this company thinking I had a good deal with the price of the floors that I have chose. I got my floors installed and that's when their true colors came out with a $3,000.00 price hike. I asked why such high price increase and I was told that they didn't know that their were tile underneath the sticky tile which was a lie. Than they act like they was going to work with me with new price change which they did not. They did not call or email me about the price hike until all the w... read more
