I wanted to come and simply say how wonderfully kind your staff is. I can’t recall her name, but a young woman was incredibly helpful to me yesterday. We were passing through and were in an auto accident. Your employees were so helpful allowing us to use your computer to get in touch with Airbnb, keep our luggage while we walked around before we could check in at a hotel, giving us suggestions on where to stay, what to do and offering any help they could.
