Tried to attend a wedding reception yesterday around 4:45. Called 001 for about a half hour before finally getting frustrated and leaving. You have a wedding on grounds and no one attending the gate. I won't recommend this place.
We got married at Darby House, and from the second we stepped foot on the grounds, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. The entire experience, from the beginning of the planning process to the end of our wedding night, was wonderful, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our special day. Booking our wedding with the Darby House was truly the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Their beautiful remote (yet easily accessible) location was exactly what we were looking for and they exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was reasonable and communication was reliable and efficient. The Darby House venue was a wonderful place to have our wedding. Location: The farm is absolutely stunning with multiple places on site to take photos. The main building is convenient in that your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space are all together but distinct spaces. This makes it easy to get between them for less mobile guests but is no less beautiful. It’s a great place to have your ceremony outdoors with water in the backdrop.
