My wife goes to this clown two weeks ago with pain in her ears, he walks in room, no ex rays, pressure test was done but not correctly, because normal person that handles this wasn’t there, he walks into the room, doesn’t introduce himself to my wife nor shake her hand, and proceeds to tell her she has to live with her ears ringing for the rest of her life, so weird how this man could come to that so quickly without proper tests. I'm new to this area, moved here at the end of Sept. I had the worst nose bleed a few nights ago. I swallowed so much blood that I threw up 2 cups of blood. The receptionist at this business informed me that I could not be seen without a primary care doctors referral. We have blue cross and blue shield, and they never require a referral to be seen by specialists. We were seen by an urgent care center, and luckily, I called an ENT office where the receptionist actually listened, and they had an appt the following day in Madis... read more
