I took my daughter to Darbonne Health Care Clinic because she was extremely sick, and she rarely ever gets ill. Online, it says the clinic is open until 5:00 PM, so we arrived at 4:15 PM expecting to be seen. When I told the receptionist my daughter was sick and needed to be checked out, she hesitated, then told me they stop seeing patients at 3:30 PM and use the rest of the time for phone calls. She said they were done for the day. I was upset because this information is nowhere online—it clearly says they close at 5:00 PM.... read more
Ive been dealing with them for a few years now, usually very friendly and understanding.
Don't go when there fully booked it will take hours to get them to send meds to pharmacy. I had to wight 4 hours for them to send it
Awful experience today. I was told this was the place to go if you need medical attention. Went in and was told I had to have an appointment. I just needed help. All she said was they would be closed the next day also. I just told them I needed help. Thank goodness for SouthStar Urgent Care.
