I called to get my grandmothers prescription list updated and was put on hold for longer than 10 minutes. I called again and the same thing happened. Horrible service wasn't even told why I was being put on hold in the first place.
He is a very good and thorough doctor. I have had my share and by far he is the most detailed and takes a scientific approach. Does the office need a refresh, yes. Do you have to wait sometimes, yes. So if you want a nice pretty office and no wait times, personally I think you have your priorities screwed up.
Does not listen to what patients need. Have told him what prescriptions is needed and to ok the refills and have been calling in the prescriptions for months to have him ok the refills but he still won’t.
One of the worst doctors I’ve ever encountered. Overbooks and wasn’t uncommon for me to get seen 20-60 minutes after my scheduled appointments. I’d leave and find the waiting room jam packed. Years later I still think about how unhelpful he was helping me with my injuries. Shame on you!
