Appointment was punctual. Benefits were described and no surprises at the end. Great staff as well.
Great staff
The staff was very nice, patient, and helpful. My experience was great, I had not been to an optometrists since I was a child. The doctors were very knowledgeable and went to great lengths to explain all the procedures. I felt comfortable and in good hands.
Staff is polite, service is on-time, thorough and professional.
I've been going to Dr. Unwalla and Dr. Cunanan for many years. They have not only provided for my annual check-ups, but Dr. Cunanan took care of me when I had an eye injury as well. Both doctors are very thorough. They both are wonderful educators and excel at patient teaching. Their staff area always very professional. This is how all healthcare providers should run their businesses!
