I don't know who posted the one star but my experience was outstanding! Pat Geist was beyond helpful and made numerous phone calls for me to get my prescription and insurance coverage information. She offered me numerous models to choose from and the options were far better than the other places i had called. Would highly recommend. Also they shipped the breast pump to me at no cost
