I have worked for Dara Disability Services for over a year. Leadership is outstanding. Communication is exceptional. Teamwork, I have always been impressed with the way Dara Management fostered collaboration within the team. Mentoring has always excelled. The Director Vic, has the ability to inspire and guide the team to ensure success through her positive influence. Dara is a productive and harmonious work environment. I feel to fortunate to be part of such an amazing team!
Dara is amazing. I went on google looking for things to do for community participation. I came across Dara and asked to attend their Beauty class. I am so glad I did. Had such an amazing time meeting new people. The ladies that ran the class were amazing. Helped me with everything I could not do. It's rare to see people actually look like they enjoy their job. I felt so good about myself when I left couldnt get smile of my face. Thanks again ladles!!. I hope I can attend again sometime
The Dara team are amazing men and women who focus on empowering all of it's clients, no matter our disability. We are treated with respect, dignity and understanding. I've been a client for almost a year now and engage in may of the services Dara has to offer, including the Art Hub, Beauty School Day, along with being Supported by some of their wonderful Support Workers and look forward to joining some of the upcoming programmes, in developement.
