Received a phone call that Dr was closing his practice permanently the very next day! No proper notice ahead of time. Left without medication that keeps me from going to hospital! I received a shot every 2 weeks to control my severe Asthma that I can only get filled by a specialist . Filed a report against him as NY state law is you’re to give your patients 30 day notice !
