Val is great. I asked him to help me with electrical problems in the house both large and small. He has always been very responsive, caring, punctual, and professional. He always does exactly what I need him to do, and his fee is quite reasonable. Most recently, he completely replaced the ancient, corroded switch box in the basement. He even mapped out and labeled all of the switches so that we know what part of the house is connected to each one. I am glad I found DAR Electric.
Updated review (June 2025): I have been using Val (DAR Electronics) for several years and he has never failed to disappoint, he delivers outstanding service in a timely fashion at a reasonable price and with the utmost courtesy. This year, during the recent heat wave, I bought two ceiling fans and called Val after placing the order. Val came the same day I called needing electrical work done and came quickly and did a great job, I am very happy with the efficiency it was done with and the prices were better then most other Electrician's in the area.
I am very happy with the work Valera did for my house. He finished very quickly and cleaned up the mess after which I appreciated and it wasn’t too expensive for the work done. I would recommend.
Val came the same day for an emergency repair, did an excellent job, and didn’t take advantage of the situation. Highly recommended!!
