Great experience at Dapto Urgent Care. The staff were friendly, caring and professional. I went in for an ECG and felt reassured and well looked after. Thank you to the whole team!
Quality care and kind staff. I appreciate this service so close to home and avoided needing to visit the main hospital
All the nurses and Doctors are lovely, always feel looked after. The only thing I will say as a negative is the whole place is very untidy and varying levels of dirty. From the reception desk being untidy to the hand sanitiser bottles being grimy. There's no pride taken and no consideration for the patient's experience while waiting.
Organised, efficient, friendly, and professional. This is my first visit to an urgent medical Centre and I found it to be excellent.
My ear canal hurts and I went to the clinic during the weekend and got precription for an infection. The staffs and the doctor were very nice and polite. They provided service free of charge and I didnt expect that. Thank You.
