Wife has been looked after amazingly, understanding nurses and good parking.
It was good they were all lovely there apart from the imaging place woman who needs to work on her people skills a little bit
I was glad I went today, the wait wasn't long before the nurse called me in, she was lovely and gentle and put me at ease. After that initial triage I went back to wait for the dr in waiting area. Within 10 mins the dr called me back in and she was also very thorough, caring and kind. For an urgent care clinic the whole experience was quick and easy and the quality of care was of high standard
Excellent check in procedure. The queue update was helpful. Our doctor was calm, relaxed, responsive to our questions. Highly recommended
Arrived with chest pain and was immediately seen by a Dr and Nurse and hooked up to an ECG machine etc. Great care and quick response before handing me over to paramedics. So glad this service was available
