I’ve always had a 5/5 experience with this barber—the one with a cap and beard—who was attentive and knowledgeable, even pointing out the thicker patches on my head that needed careful blending. Today, however, I was served by a tall, lean, clean-shaven barber who seemed rushed and distracted. My haircut was done in just 7 minutes, and instead of focusing on blending and balancing my hair—a must for male balding patterns—he spent time chuckling with colleagues while aimlessly buzzing the clippers. I visited the shop today for the first time and Ayad did a very good job, I will be back for sure.
Unfortunately, the haircut I received was much shorter than what I asked for. It’ll take a couple of months to grow out and a few cuts to correct. On a positive note, management was apologetic for it, but the outcome was disappointing. First two pictures was what I showed and asked for vs what I got .
