I was advised that walk-ins for haircuts were accommodated, leading me to wait in your facility for an hour and twenty minutes. During this time, I was informed that I would be accommodated between scheduled appointments. I'm rating three stars, because my first visit was amazing, but this last interaction definitely needs improvement. The first time I went here, I booked an appointment, and got in no problem. I truly thought I had found a barber who knew different types of styles in the area after living in Chattanooga. I'm definitely a typical "dude", but I also don't want a standard buzzcut.
