If there was a zero star option they would get it. I have been a customer for 10 years using them exclusively for dry cleaning and alterations - probably spent several thousand dollars over that time. They cleaned a shirt and tore the collar - I only found out when I went to wear it for a business meeting. I returned it to the shop and the assistant told me she would have the owner call me.
